most popular floor plans. All plans may be customized to meet
your budget and needs. Our home packages are available in a variety
of log styles, wood species and corner notch detail. Simply select

All of our Log Home Packages are customized
to include only the materials that you want or need to build
your home as efficiently as possible. We do not believe
in including materials in our package that you can purchase
at a local building supply for less money. Our Home Package
may be purchased with the following options:
- Base Package Listed Above Includes:
- All log and heavy timber components required to complete
the log shell to plan.
- Optional Premium Package Includes:
- Window & Door Package: We offer excellent
choices in windows and doors from Quality Companies; Home
Technology Intl., Jeld-Win
, and Velux.
- Roof System Package: Includes all heavy
timbers, purlins, rafters, and trusses required per plan.
In addition, we offer high-density insulation panels and
roof decking.
- Trim and Rail Package: Options include
Pine T & G ceiling finishes; log stair systems, cedar
and cypress trim boards, exotic flooring and exterior
deck & handcrafted rail materials. We are pleased to quote
all package options separately for your convenience.
